We accept returns and exchanges for new, unopened items that:

  • Show no signs of use

  • Include all original components

  • Come in factory-sealed packaging

  • Are accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt)

  • Briefly describe the reason for return

🚚 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable

⚠️ Special Conditions:

  • Cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if the packaging is sealed and safety seals are intact

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item — we will cover all return costs

🇺🇦 For Orders Within Ukraine

According to Ukrainian law ("On Consumer Rights Protection"), you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.

✅ Items eligible for return/exchange must be:

  • New and unopened

  • Without any signs of use

  • In original factory packaging with complete set

  • With a purchase receipt

❗ Perfume and cosmetic products are not eligible for return according to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 from March 19, 1994

📦 All claims related to product condition must be made at the time of delivery, while the packaging remains unopened.
Please inspect your order carefully in the presence of the courier before unsealing it.
